ennifer is a mother of three who brings a wealth of experience to the course she teaches. Her past experience working with kids of all ages includes:

• Crisis intervention • Providing intensive behavior modification, limit and goal setting • Assess and implement appropriate coping mechanisms within the family unit • Establish a treatment plan which includes goals, objectives, and methods • Maintain updated progress notes and service plans • Provide respite relief services • Assist children in establishing boundaries and adaptive coping mechanisms • Support and mediate interactions between children and families

• Create home environments that stimulate responsibility, resiliency,
  and academic achievement
• Prevent misbehavior
• Avoid power struggles while setting limits
• Teach character and responsibility through modeling and application
• Teach children healthy problem-solving skills
• Stay calm in stressful parenting situations
